Cestou necestou: Salento (cz/en/es)

Blog dopisuji se zpozděním několika měsíců, ale přesto bych se alespoň v krátkosti chtěla zmínit o vesnici zvané Salento. Ihned po příjezdu jsem si ho totiž zamilovala a po dvou a půl dnech, které jsem tam strávila, se mi opravdu nechtělo odjíždět. Poznala jsem spoustu zajímavých a milých lidí, naučila jsem se nové věci o pěstování a zpracování kávy, povídala si hodiny a hodiny v kavárně Jesús Martín s výbornými baristy o přípravě kávy a rozhodla se, že do Salenta se musím ještě vrátit, i kdyby to bylo za dlouho.

Dobré jídlo, výborné kafe, exotická krajina s vysokými palmami, túra horským deštným lesem a zejména neskutečně přátelští lidi. Takové bylo moje Salento.

I'm finishing the blog entry with a delay of few months. However I would like to write down few memories from a little village called Salento. Immediately after my arrivel I completely fell in love with the place and after two and a half days which I spent there I really didn't want to leave. I met many interesting and nice people, learned new things about cultivation and processing of coffee, I spent hours and hours talking to excellent baristas ina café Jesús Martín about preparing coffee and decided that I had to return back to Salento. No matter when it would be.

Good food, excellent coffee, exotic nature with tall palm trees, a hike in a rain forest and especially incredibly friendly people. This was my Salento.

Estoy terminando la entrada de blog con un retraso de un par de meses. Sin embargo, me gustaría escribir un par de memorías de un pequeno pueblo llamado Salento. Inmediatamente después de mi llegada me enamoré totalmente de este lugar y después de dos días y medio que me quedó allá no tenía ni los menores ganas de irme. Conocí muchas personas muy interesantes, aprendí montón sobre los cultivos de café y su procesamiento, pasé horas y horas hablando con muy buenos baristas en cafetería Jesús Martín sobre la preparación del café y decidí volver cuando iba a tener la oportunidad. No importa que tanto me demoro de hacerlo.

Comida rica, exelente café, belleza de la naturaleza con altas palmas, caminata en el bosque de niebla y especialmente la gente muy amable. Eso era mi Salento.
