Barcelona byla dalším místem na seznamu mého výletu. Už samotná cesta z Madridu do Barcelony byla zajímavá - svezla jsem se s BLABLACAR (španělský systém spolujízdy) a celých šest nebo sedm hodin jsme překvapivě strávili povídáním. Posádka auta byla opravdu multikulturní - francouzký šéfkuchař, jeho venezuelská přítelkyně a jejich psík, Španělka s polovičním původem v Salvadoru a Ital (ten teda skoro nemluvil). A proto byla multikulturní i témata - politika, sociální problémy, kulturní rozdíly,...
V Barceloně jsem se měla sejít se svou drahou kamarádkou Markétkou, ale než přijela, stihla jsem si ještě po dlouhém roce zatančit lindy hop. No a pak už to bylo o vítání a povídání až do rána.
Za dva a půl dne strávené v Barceloně jsme sice nevstoupily do žádného muzea, ale zato jsme si užili Barcelony na kole, na pláži, v restauraci v přístavu, na fiestě v Gràcii na ulici.
Každý rok ožije barcelonská čtvrť Gràcie barvami a dekoracemi a my jsme přijely zrovna do tohoto svátku! A navíc jsme bydlely přímo v této čtvrti. A musím říct, že turistické centrum jsme proběhly během půldne, ale na poznání všech zajímavostí fiesty v Gràcii nám nestačily ani ty zbývající dva dny. Hudba, tanec, jídlo na ulicích, průvody s bubny a ohněm, radost a usměvavé tváře.
Z Gaudího města jsem odjížděla s pocitem, že se ještě musím vrátit, abych poznala mnohem víc z toho, co nabízí.

Barcelona was another from the places to visit on my list. Already the trip from Madrid to Barcelona was very interesting - I took a ride with BLABLACAR (Spanish system of carpooling) and all the six or seven hours I spent talking to the other people. The crew was very multicultural - a French chef, his Venezuelan girlfriend and their doggie, a Spanish girl who's father is from Salvador and an Italian guy (who didn't seak much). And that's why the discussion was also multicultural - about politics, social problems, cultural differences,...
I was meeting my close friend Marketa in Barcelona, but before she came I managed to dance a bit of Lindy hop after almost a year. And then when she came we were chatting until the dawn.
During the two and a half days spent in Barcelona we didn't enter any museum, but we enjoyed Barcelona on a bike, on a beach, in a restaurant in a harbor, at the fiesta in Gràcia and on the street.
The neighbourhood of Gràcia comes alive every year with colors and decorations and we arrived precisely for this holiday! And we lived right in this neighborhood. I have to admit that we run through the touristic center of the city within half a day, but we didn't manage to get to know all the interesting things in Gràcia in the next two days. Music, dances, food on the streets, people with drums and fire, laughter and smiley faces.
I was leaving the city of Gaudí with a feeling that I have to return to get to know much more from what it offers.

Barcelona fue otra ciudad que quería visitar. Ya el viaje de Madrid a Barcelona fue muy interesante - lo compartí a través de BLABLACAR (un sistema espanol para compartir viajes en carro) y los seis o siete horas pasé hablando con mis companeros. El grupo fue bastante multicultural - un cocinero francés, su novia venezolana y su perrita, una chica espanola que tiene papá de Salvador y un chico italiano (que casi no habló). Y por eso los temas de la conversación fueron también muy multiculturales - sobre política, problemas sociales, diferencías culturales,...
En Barcelona me encontré con mi querida amiga Markéta, pero antes que ella llegó alcanzé a bailar lindy hop casi después de un ano. Cuando ella llegó pasamos hablando toda la noche hasta amanecer.
Durante los dos días y medio en Barcelona no entramos a ningún museo, pero disfrutamos Barcelona en bicicleta, en la playa, en un restaurante en el puerto, en la fiesta de Gràcia y en la calle.
El barrio Gràcia enciende cada ano con colores y decoraciones y nosotras llegamos al tiempo para esta fiesta! Además estuvimos durmiendo justo en este barrio. Tengo que decir que en el centro turístico pasamos medio día, pero ni en los dos siguientes días no alcanzamos conocer todo de las fiestas de Gràcia. Música, baile, comida en las calles, gente con tambores y fuegos, risas y gente sonríendose.
A salir de la ciudad de Gaudí me sentí que tengo que volver para conocer más bellezas que ofrece este lugar.
