Naše první delší zastávka byla v Barbose, stále ještě v departamentu Santander. Tam jsme byli neskutečně příjemně uvítáni kamarádkou Marthou Lucií a její rodinou.
V centru města jsme si zašli do úžasné kavárny - pralinkárny KaKaw a obdivovali dokonalost pralinek "paní Wonkové", jak paní majitelce trefně přezdívá Martha Lucía.
Jedním z nej zážitků z celé Barbosy byla jednoznačně návštěva minipivovaru Casa Suárez Marthy Lucíe, kde jsme ochutnávali a vychutnávali pivo, bavili se o chmelu, o problémech minipivovarů v Kolumbii i dalších tématech.

Our first longer stop was in Barbosa, still in the department of Santander. There we were incredibly warmly welcomed by my friend Martha Lucía and her family.
In the city center we visited an amazing cafetería - chocolatería KaKaw and admired there the excellence of the Truffles made by "Mrs. Wonka" - a fitting name for the owner invented by Martha Lucía.
One of the best moments from the whoe visit of Barbosa we definitely spend in the microbrewery Casa Suárez from Martha Lucía. There we were tasting and enjoying beer, talking about hops, about the problems of Colombian microbreweries and other topics.

Nuestra primera parada más larga la hicimos en Barbosa, todavía en el departamento de Santander. Allá nos dio una bienvenida espectacular mi amiga Martha Lucía y su família.
En el centro de la ciudad visitamos una cafetería - chocolatería espectacular - KaKaw y admiramos la erfección de las trufas de la "Sr. Wonka" - un nombre que le dió a la dueña mi amiga Martha Lucía y me parece muy adecuado.
Un de los mejores momentos de toda la visita a Barbosa, la pasamos seguramente en la microcervecería Casa Suárez de Martha Lucía. Allá estabamos probando y disfrutando la cerveza, hablando sobre lúpulo, sobre los problemas que tienen las microcervecerías en Colombia y sobre otros temas.
